Controller

GlobalisTMS OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) is the data controller for visitors of this website and for customer accounts. For data about our customers' (tenants') own callers, GlobalisTMS OÜ is a processor and the tenant is the controller.

What we process

  • Website visit: IP address, browser and language information, pages visited (server logs).
  • Account: name, e-mail, company name, country, language preference, session data.
  • Demo call: audio recording, transcript, call summary, IP address (for abuse limits).
  • Service use (on behalf of tenants): caller number, audio recording, transcript, summary, request and task records.

Why and on which legal basis

  • To provide the service and perform the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); Turkish KVKK art. 5/2-c).
  • Quality and security: recording, abuse prevention (legitimate interest; GDPR art. 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5/2-f).
  • Legal obligations (GDPR art. 6(1)(c); KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

AI and recording notice

At the start of a call the assistant states that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. If you say "do not record" or "I want to talk to a person", recording stops or the call is handed over / a call-back is scheduled.

International transfers and sub-processors

Data is stored on servers in the European Union. US-based providers may be used for AI processing; transfers rely on GDPR standard contractual clauses and the standard contracts under Turkish KVKK art. 9. Current list: Sub-processors.

Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are deleted after 90 days unless the tenant sets otherwise. Account data is kept for the duration of the contract and statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Under GDPR art. 15–22 and KVKK art. 11 you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to info@globalistms.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Board).
